1. One-on-One
   If you are using currently using Blackboard or other university supported tools or would like to begin using Blackboard or other such tools, you can schedule an appointment to receive one-on-one help.
2. Groups
   Training for groups is also available upon request. There must be at least 2 people in the group to request this service.

Event Recording & Webcasting

Event organizers within Arts & Sciences can arrange to have special presentations captured for the Web. In addition to being archived for use in courses and on Websites, events can also be streamed live so that participants may watch & participate remotely.

Guidelines

1. Filming is limited to classroom lectures.
2. Sessions are limited to 1 hour. For longer sessions, see the information about Mediasite.
3. The formats that you may request for your film are CD, Web or DVD.
4. Sessions must be requested at least 1 week in advance of when recording will occur.

Mediasite

The college’s portable Mediasite recorder can be set up to capture an entire class lecture and PowerPoint slides if used. The recorder can be set up in your classroom and controlledin-class or remotely. Your recording is only availalbe in a Web version. It will be uploaded to the Mediaste server, and you, your students or colleagues can visit http://mediasite2.ecu.edu/coas/catalog.
