Microsoft Office Live Meeting

Microsoft Office Live Meeting is the tool recommended by Harriot College Instructional Technology for videoconferencing.

The meeting creator can schedule, invite and attends their meeting through MS Outlook. Meeting attendees install a free plug-in, not the full application, to attend the meeting. During a Live Meeting, attendees can chat, share desktops, work together in breakout rooms and interact in a number of other ways commonly included in videoconferencing applications.
