Two East Carolina University students were arrested for stealing from a department store last weekend.
Emily Venegoni, 19, and Chelsea Loftus, 18, allegedly stole a pair of two-finger rings valued at $125 from the sales floor of Belk.
Venegoni listed her home address as Belk Residence Hall. Loftus listed hers as Fleming Residence Hall.
Both were arrested at the store and charged with misdemeanor larceny. They each were jailed at the Pitt County Detention Center under a $500 bond.
