FLL Students Received Study Abroad Scholarships

A number of FLL students were invited to an International Awards Ceremony hosted by the Office of Global Affairs on November 15, 2018. Two Russian Studies students were awarded the 2018 Harold H. Bate Scholarship for Study Abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia: Patricia Parke, a student from the lifelong learning program, and Aurora Venegas, a sophomore studying Russian and Security Studies.

Three students in French were awarded the 2018 Thomas Rivers Scholarship for Study Abroad in France: Amanda Curran, a senior studying French, Communications and Political Science; Jon Cockerham, a senior studying French, Communications and Political Science, and Julia Beauchamp, a senior studying French and Communications. Congratulations!
