Research / Project Description

Highlights of Research:

Editing and working with the international journal Contemporary Legend, assisting me with my own research on the intersection of health and legends, especially in the areas of vaccination.



Requirements: Working with the journal in an ongoing capacity, researching urban legends

Class or level of student sought: Junior or Senior, or mature Sophomore

Needed skills:

  • Editing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism

Preferences: Has taken American Folklore (ENGL 3570)


Time Commitment 

Time commitment per week: Negotiable

Start Date: Immediately



Students may receive Independent Study course credit through this experience, or they might be able to receive internship credit.
