Dr. Kerbs served on ECU’s Admission and Retention Committee from 2005 through 2008. During his time on this committee, he served as a regular member (2005-2006), the Committee Secretary (2006-2007), and the Vice Chair (2007-2008). During this time period, the committee accomplished a number of tasks to include the shifting of ECU’s grading scheme to a 4.0 system with plus/minus steps between all full-letter grades. Dr. Kerbs also developed a resolution for ECU’s Faculty Senate, which was passed back in 2008. Please see link below for a copy of the resolution.
