Diagnostic Utility of the Urine Microscopy in Acute Tubular Necrosis (ATN)

A clinical trial that ascribes a scoring system to the type and number of casts found on standard urine microscopic analysis of patients with acute kidney injury. This trial addresses the sensitivity and specificity of the urine microscopic findings on the likelihood of acute tubular necrosis.
