A comprehensive review of standard renal replacement therapies for ESRD patients. This presentation focuses on hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplantation. Focus is also paid to the common immunosuppressive agents used in transplantation. In addition, histopathologic specimens are shown of allograft kidneys to enhance the learning experience.
