Does anyone know of any immunological effects that singulair (a leukotriene receptor blocker) has with a standard renal transplant immunosuppresive regimen (CNi + MPA + PRED)?

Thanks.

So far I have not came across any literature evidence of any odd outcomes with this use. I found one animal study which demonstrated that LT pathway has a role in chronic Cylosporin nephrotoxicity and LT receptor blockers might ameliorate that pathway to offer protection.
