Post Lasix versus Bumex

While I was on general medicine you gave my team a great explanation of why Bumex is more potent than Lasix. I remember the concept as Bumex binds with carrier proteins in the blood more than Lasix, which leads to more effective delivery and action in the kidney. Do you have the articles supporting this MOA? I ask because while giving this explanation I was question for sources supporting this claim.
