Presenter Index and Schedule 2017 (To be posted after abstract submissions)
The Student Presentation Schedule will be posted after all abstracts are collected! Presenters, once posted, find your name in the index on the first two pages. Note your presentation number to the right. Click on your presentation number to see when and where you will be presenting.
All presentations will be located in Mendenhall Student Center. Graduate and Undergraduate Oral Presentation days will begin at 8:15 AM and end at 4:00 PM. The Graduate and Undergraduate Poster Presentation days will begin at 8:15 AM and end at 2:30 PM. This year, the Postdoctoral Scholar presentations are mixed in with the Graduate Poster presentations and will begin at 10:15 AM and end at 12:15 PM.
Note to Oral Presenters:
Oral presentations are grouped so that there is a break every 7-9 presentations. You must arrive during the break before the group that contains your presentation. When you arrive, you must load your presentation onto the computer’s desktop in the room you are scheduled to present in. The moderator will be there to aid you. Oral presentations will have a 15 minute time block (12 minute presentation and 3 minute question and answer) specifically for your presentation. It is polite to remain in the room to listen to other presenters in your group until the next break lets out.
Note to Poster Presenters:
Posters must be set up and taken down during the specified times (see the link below for these times). The two hour time block listed on the presentation schedule is the time during which you must be with your poster to give your presentation to judges as they come by. Your poster must be on display before this time.
Note to Online Presenters:
Distance/online presentations have no times listed on the presentation schedule.
