East Carolina University’s School of Art and Design Holiday Exhibition and Sale is just the place to pick up a unique, thoughtful gift, not to mention all the proceeds benefit the art guilds and students of the School of Art and Design. The Holiday Exhibition will be held in the Wellington B. Gray Gallery, December 4-6, 2014. All the guilds in the SoAD participate with exceptional art by both graduate and undergraduate students. Gift items include jewelry, scarves, textiles, ceramics, metal sculpture, photography, paintings, prints and much more. All items in the exhibition will be for sale. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The Wellington B. Gray Gallery is located off of Fifth and Jarvis Streets on the campus of East Carolina University in the Jenkins Fine Arts Center. Jenkins Fine Arts Center is handicapped accessible.

STARworks Glass Lab is a non-profit, fully operational glass studio that opened in October 2008. It is owned and operated by Central Park NC, a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization and is part of its STARworks Center for Creative Enterprise. STARworks Glass Lab was funded with the generous help of a Community Development Block Grant through the NC Department of Commerce. The glass blowing equipment in the Glass Lab was designed and built by Wet Dog Glass LLC.

Ray Elmore is a Professor Emeritus of East Carolina University’s School of Art and Design. The art works in this exhibition span over 45 years. Please join us for an exhibition that will be on display from November 14 through January 25. An opening reception on November 14 will be at the GMA from 6-9pm.
