Prospectus for exhibition
Eligibility: Graduate students of the School of Art and Design are encouraged to submit.
Media: Limited to original works of art or design in any traditional and non- traditional media properly prepared for exhibition. The work must be capable of hanging on the walls of the Media Center. Note that a professional-level presentation is required.
Exhibition space: 30’ total running wall space (part brick and part sheetrock) Most of the wall space is limited in vertical dimension due to furnishings in the Media Center. The exhibition track system is limited by weight, no other hanging devices are allowed. Please view the exhibition space prior to entry.
Installation: managed by the artist with assistance from Media Center staff. Installation must include a list of works by title, media, price (if for sale) and contact information.
Promotion: The Media Center will post the artist’s name, exhibition title and dates on the Media Center website. An artist’s statement/ resume or biography, posters and/or announcements are recommended in promotion of the exhibition. The production of these materials is the responsibility of the artist. The Media Center will provide some copies/prints for limited promotion.
Return of Work: All work will remain on display for the duration of the exhibition dates. The artists are responsible for removing their own work. Works not claimed at the end of the exhibition will not be stored.
Calendar: (2 month periods throughout the fall and spring semesters)

Insurance: No insurance is provided by the Media Center, however the work will reside in a location that is monitored by staff and is secured during off hours by surveillance and alarm system.
Sale of Work: All interest in purchase of the work will be referred to the artist. No commission will be taken by the Media Center.
