Fall arrives on ECU's campus

Fall arrives on ECU’s campus

Hey everyone!

For those of you who do know and those of you who do not, this past weekend was Fall Break! For those of you who are new to the concept of Fall Break, it is a break students get about halfway through their semester. Some students choose to go on lavished vacations while others may retreat to their homes to visit families. For me, Fall Break meant a breath of fresh air from my busy schedule at school. I got the chance to hang out with my family and just relax.

In my opinion, relaxation is a big part of being successful in college. It is hard to find time for yourself when you get so wrapped up in your life but you do need down time so your mind can decompress and process information. Some things I like to do to relax are go hang out with some friends, watch a movie, and craft. Find something that you like to do that helps you relax!

Loyal and Bold,

-Jocelyn

About Jocelyn

I am a senior, Health Services Management major from Cary, North Carolina (15 minutes outside of Raleigh).
