Its the most wonderful time of the year!

Hey everybody

Thanksgiving is here! I can hardly believe it, it feels like we just rang the new year in celebrating the beginning of 2013 and now it’s almost at the end. But with every end comes a new beginning! And 2014 could be the year for you.

This is the time of year to enjoy the changing of the seasons and special moments with our loved ones. I don’t see my family much during the semester since I am always busy with this project or that assignment, so I am definitely looking forward to spending my Thanksgiving break from school with them. I might actually go to bed at a decent time the next few days, except Black Friday that is 🙂 Last year when my mom, dad and I went shopping for Black Friday, and we shopped from 10pm Thanksgiving night until 7am Friday morning. You will not believe how tiring that was, but it was certainly worth the savings I got and the time I got to spend with my parents. We are already starting to plan our night for this coming up Black Friday, it’s so exciting!

I hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving break and good luck on finals starting next week!

Here are a few pictures from my holiday celebrations last year 🙂 I’m sure this year will be just as awesome

About Shannon Parrish

Hey y'all! My name is Shannon Parrish and I am a senior here at ECU. Go PIRATES! I only have 1 more semester before I complete my Marketing and Supply Chain Management double concentration through the College of Business. Until a few months ago, I worked as a tour guide for the Undergraduate Admissions Office on campus at the Whichard building. I feel like being a tour guide definitely fit my personality well :) I consider myself a very bubbly person and it makes me really happy to be able to share my experiences these past four years at ECU. I hope to be able to show you why I love this campus so much so that maybe one day, you will be a PIRATE too! Arrrrgggghhhhh
