All presentations will be located in Mendenhall Student Center.  Graduate and Undergraduate Oral Presentation days will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 4:00 PM. The Graduate and Undergraduate Poster Presentation days will begin at 8:15 AM and end at 2:30 PM. This year, the Postdoctoral Scholar presentations are mixed in with the Graduate Poster presentations and will begin at TBD and end at TBD.

Note to Oral Presenters:

Oral presentations are grouped so that there is a break every 7-9 presentations.  You must arrive during the break before the group that contains your presentation.  When you arrive, you must load your presentation onto the computer’s desktop in the room in which you are presenting.  A moderator will be there to aid you.  Oral presentations will have a 15 minute time block (12 minute presentation and 3 minute question and answer) specifically for your presentation.  It is polite to remain in the room to listen to other presenters in your group until the next break lets out.

See more instructions for oral presentations here

Note to Poster Presenters:

Posters must be set up and taken down during the specified times (see the link below for these times).  The two hour time block listed on the presentation schedule is the time during which you must be with your poster to give your presentation to judges as they come by.  Your poster must be on display before this time – posters will not be allowed to be set up during the judging time blocks..
