Below are links to the schedules for Research Week 2015. Also, please access our Online Presentation Blog Site that contains archived presentations of distance learning students who have participated in the past as well as displaying the current presentations that will be given during Research Week.
Graduate Student Presentations will be held on Monday, March 23. Undergraduate Student Presentations will be held on Wednesday, March 25. Postdoctoral Scholar Presentations will be held on Tuesday March 24. Individual presentation times are posted.
Note: Graduate students may bring your poster to display in Mendenhall room 221, the 2nd floor Gallery Balcony, and the Social Room, assigned in the schedule for your particular poster, on Sunday, March 22nd, after 6:00 PM, or on Monday, March 23rd, 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM to set up. Graduate posters must be taken down between Monday, 6:00 PM – Tuesday at noon. Undergraduate students should set up your posters either Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Tuesday evening after 8:30 PM, or Wednesday morning between 7:30 and 8:30 AM in your assigned room. Due to a special event, set up will not be allowed Tuesday evening from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Undergraduate posters must be taken down by 2:00 PM on Thursday.
The RCAW Committee will not be responsible for any remaining posters.
Postdoctoral Scholars may set up their posters between 9:00 – 10:00 AM on Tuesday March 24th, in Great Room 1.

To use the schedule linked above, find your name in the index on the first two pages. Note your presentation number to the right. Click on your name and use your presentation number to see when and where you will be presenting.
(All presentations will be located in Mendenhall Student Center. Graduate and Undergraduate Oral Presentation days will begin at 8:15 AM and end at 5:00 PM. The Graduate and Undergraduate Poster Presentation days will begin at 8:15 AM and end at 2:30 PM. The Postdoctoral Scholar presentation day will begin at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM.)
